Since we are manufacturing the molds in-house, we can create original shapes. There is also a grade of PLA with a heat resistance temperature of 150°C!
At Daitō, it is possible to mold and process PLA sheets into any shape. Since we have in-house capabilities for everything from CAD design to machining molds, we can design to your desired shape. Including molding and processing, we can handle the entire process in-house, allowing us to flexibly respond to requests for custom products, such as cushioning trays tailored to the shape of the packaged goods. You can choose from three types of materials.
